BucketPost provides tools to upload, schedule, and publish short-form video content to supported social media platforms, generate captions and hashtags using AI, and manage publishing status.
We do not own or operate the social media platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
4. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Keeping your connected social media accounts authorized
- All activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all videos, captions, text, and other content you upload or generate ("User Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:
- Store, process, and transmit your content
- Publish your content to third-party platforms only as instructed by you
We do not claim ownership over your content.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:
- Social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook)
- Cloud storage providers
- AI content generation providers
Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party services, including content removal, account restrictions, or posting failures.
7. Scheduling and Publishing
Scheduling and automated publishing are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
- That content will be published at an exact time
- That third-party platforms will accept or display content
- Any specific reach, engagement, or performance
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Violate platform rules or intellectual property rights
- Attempt to bypass platform restrictions or safeguards
- Use the Service for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
9. Service Availability
The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by service interruptions.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but certain sections of these Terms will survive.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BucketPost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BucketPost from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
